What is Housing Scheme?

Workers Welfare Board Sindh has developed multiple housing schemes and labour colonies across Sindh to provide affordable residential facilities for industrial workers and their families. The Board has constructed flats, houses, plots, and labour colonies in various cities of Sindh.

Housing Application Form

Completed official application form for participation in the housing scheme.

CNIC of Worker

Valid Computerized National Identity Card of the applicant worker.

Employment Certificate

Official certificate confirming employment in a registered industrial establishment.

Salary Certificate

Document showing the worker’s current salary and employment details.

SESSI / EOBI Registration

Proof of registration with SESSI or EOBI under applicable labour laws.

Family Registration Certificate

NADRA-issued certificate showing family details of the applicant.

Affidavit / Supporting Documents

Legal affidavit and any additional documents required under the housing policy
