Eligibility Criteria

- Valid CNIC of applicant and deceased worker must be provided
- Death must be duly registered with relevant authorities
How to Apply

- Fill out the application form

- Submit the application for verification
Required Documents:
- Copy of CNIC of deceased worker
- Copy of CNIC of applicant (legal heir)
- Death Certificate issued by relevant authority
- Proof of WWBS registration / employment
- Any additional supporting documents (if required)
