Workers Welfare Fund as per Sindh Workers Welfare Fund act 2014 and workers profit participation fund is payable by industrial units which are established in the province of Sindh. These contributions collected by SRB, are allocated/disbursed as per the following formula:
- 2% of the net income of any establishment having more than Rs.500,000/- in a year.
- The left over amount of workers profit participation fund i.e. 5% of establishment profit.
